Need a little inspiration for your next spin? This week’s games of the week lineup have a bit of everything, whether you prefer Greek mythology, classic fruit slots, ancient Egyptian treasures, or colourful pirate adventures.
We’ve picked out seven games available on playTSOGO, including Gates of Olympus POP, the glittering Eternal Diamonds, the classic-style 40 Super Hot and plenty more. Here’s exactly what you can expect from each one.
Gates of Olympus POP
If you’re familiar with the Gods of Olympus, then this addition to the series is just for you. Gates of Olympus POP gives Pragmatic Play and their popular mythology theme a more compact makeover.
The game uses a 3×5 layout and a pay-anywhere system rather than traditional paylines. Land matching symbols anywhere on the grid, and they disappear, allowing new ones to take their places and potentially create another win on the same spin. That’s cascading reels, called their Tumble Feature, at work.
Additionally, multiplier symbols can land on the grid and boost qualifying wins, while the Free Spins feature gives you the chance to take the action further. It’s also worth keeping an eye out for the game’s POP mechanics, which adds an extra layer to the familiar Gates of Olympus formula. This game has a low volatility, meaning more frequent but smaller payouts, and an RTP of 96.56%.
Eternal Diamonds
This second choice is also from Pragmatic Play, but trades the glory of Mount Olympus for the luxury and neon lights of Las Vegas. This slot uses a 5×3 layout and revolves around colourful chips that can land during the base game. Blue, red and green chips are collected into their corresponding pots above the reels, and landing the right combinations can randomly trigger the game’s Respin feature.
The Respin feature starts with three spins, although different chip colours can introduce modifiers. Blue chips can add multipliers of up to 100x to positions on the grid, red chips can activate an expanding respin feature and green chips can increase the number of respins available.
With its high volatility, RTP of 96.50%, and a maximum win potential of 20,000x your bet, Eternal Diamonds is definitely worth adding to your game roll.
40 Super Hot
40 Super Hot is about as classic as online slots can get. This game was developed by EGT Digital and encompasses everything players love about slot games without the overly complicated mechanics. It has fruit symbols, bells, bars and lucky sevens, all packed into a straightforward 5-reel slot.
This slot features a medium to high volatility and an RTP of 95.81%. As the name suggests, the game has 40 fixed paylines, with wins formed from matching symbols across the reels. The traditional presentation gives it that familiar fruit-machine feel, while features such as Jackpot Cards add a little more to discover without completely changing the game’s simple format.
If you prefer classic slots where you can understand what’s happening almost immediately, 40 Super Hot could be the one to try this week.
Sun Of Egypt
3 Oaks Gaming comes in with the next addition to our top games of the week with Sun of Egypt. This slot game takes you between pyramids, pharaohs and golden treasures, with the game’s Hold and Win feature providing its biggest change of pace.
The slot uses five reels, three rows and 25 fixed paylines, with traditional symbols joined by Wilds, Scatters and special Sun symbols. The Sun symbols are particularly important because collecting enough of them can trigger the Hold and Win bonus feature, where cash-value symbols can lock into position while the respins continue.
The game also includes jackpot prizes, giving the bonus round another reason to keep an eye on those special symbols. This slot features an RTP of around 95% and a medium to high volatility.
Dancing Drums Explosion
Dancing Drums Explosion is our next pick, developed by Light and Wonder and centred around an Asian-inspired theme. It has a medium volatility and RTP of 96%, a well-designed, colourful theme, and plenty of features to keep the energy high.
This takes inspiration from Asian festival imagery and builds its gameplay around a 5×3 base game with Pay Anywhere wins. It has Golden Drum and special Wild symbols. Its bonus features also expand the playing area and increase the number of ways symbols can combine, while the jackpot system gives you additional prizes to look out for.
If that wasn’t enough, the Free Spins feature has different bonus options available depending on how you trigger it. There’s also an Explosion element that gives this version an extra layer compared with the original Dancing Drums.
PlayTSOGO StarBurst
PlayTSOGO StarBurst brings the familiar Starburst-style gameplay to the reels, complete with colourful gemstones, Wild symbols and that unmistakable space-inspired aesthetic.
This NetEnt slot uses a 5×3 layout with 10 paylines, keeping the gameplay simple enough for beginners while giving experienced players a familiar format to return to. Its defining feature is the Starburst Wild: when one lands on reels two, three or four, it expands to cover the entire reel and triggers a Respin. If another Starburst Wild appears during that Respin, it can trigger another one.
You can get up to three consecutive Respins, giving the relatively simple base game a little more excitement when the Wilds start appearing. The RTP for this game is 96.09% and it has a low volatility.
Pirots
Our last selection might be the cutest. With an RTP of 94% and its high volatility, this ELK Studios game is a quirky, fantasy-style slot featuring pirate parrots and glimmering treasure.
It uses a unique CollectR mechanic, which means you’re not simply waiting for traditional paylines to line up. Instead, the birds move around the grid and collect matching gems, with the game board expanding as the action progresses. It starts with a 5×5 grid that can expand up to 8×8, giving you more space for the game’s collection mechanics to develop.
The expanding grid isn’t the only thing to look out for. The birds each have their own roles in the game’s mechanics, while different symbols and features can help build towards the game’s bonus rounds.
